Since August 31, in response to the instructions of the general administration of customs, the Shanghai customs has made some major changes to the inspection process. After the actual operation in these days and combined with the information of the customs, we have summarized some contents and Shared them with the guests:

1) Add: arrange the packing plan. Advice: for full cases with multiple names, the guest should put some samples for each name at the door, which may reduce the second time of unpacking.
3) The mode of customs dispatch order is changed to random delivery order: in the past, the inspection of a company was sent to a customs inspector even if there were 3 tickets. Now, maybe 3 tickets will be sent to three customs for simultaneous inspection. Because the inspection site is too large, the customs officer will run around and the customs officer will wait beside the goods. Consequence 1: if the customs declarer cannot get to every section chief in time, it will cause the discomfort of the section chief. Consequence 2: the time limit may be considerably extended.
4) Additional inspection by the chief of customs section: after the inspection by the section chief, when the chief confirms the release, he will randomly arrange for review. All goods inspected by the section chief cannot be put back into the container or closed the door before the section chief has confirmed and released them. After the review plan has been arranged by the section chief, the goods that have not been reviewed shall be returned to the container and closed by the workers. Goods that have been reviewed shall not be returned to the container and closed the door until they have been reviewed. Consequence 1: the time limit may be greatly extended; Consequence 2: hope the customer can declare truthfully, reduce the probability of customs inspection and discovery; Consequence 3: the workers close the door centrally. We may not be able to take the picture of the closed door previously provided to the guests. Consequence 4: the possibility of the goods being stolen is greatly increased.
5) Inspection by detachments: this work has been carried out by the customs for a long time. Special detachments inspect at various inspection points and randomly pick up the goods that have been released for re-inspection. This time the customs may restart the work. Consequence 1: we hope that the customer can declare truthfully and reduce the probability of finding out the situation after review. Consequence 2: if there is a random inspection team reviewed, the ship may not be able to get on the ship in an urgent time; Consequence 3: the check site fee will be charged for the case reviewed by the team, which increases the cost of the guest.
